Registration 2026

Campers may register for one or more of the listed sessions. Campers come from the greater Seattle and Puget Sound area, as well as from Oregon, California, Alaska, other states, British Columbia, and many other countries.

Please register your camper online (see below).  A deposit of 25% of the fee is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted, or if withdrawal is made at least one month prior to the opening day of the session. Refunds cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Choose the session(s) you would like to register for below. If you would like to register for multiple sessions, please add each one to the Cart. During checkout, you will see the totals for the deposit(s) due to secure all selected sessions. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the session attending.

Register Online but pay deposit by mail
If you would like to register online but submit payment via check through the mail, use code PAYBYMAIL at checkout. This will show a $0.00 checkout price. You do not have to enter any credit card information to complete the registration. Please print your confirmation email and include the payment for the deposit and mail to the office address listed below.

2026 Wrap Up

That’s a wrap! The summer of 2026 ended yesterday (August 23) with our 3rd session campers heading home. There were many tears shed by the campers and staff as we ended another fantastic summer. It’s always bittersweet when the summer comes to an end, but that’s what makes HVC so special. The friendships, the experiences, and the community were stronger than ever this summer. We will miss everyone, but know that the HVC spirit will live on beyond camp.

We will be posting our 2027 dates at some point in September, and the plan will be to open registration on December 1st for the summer of 2027. We will keep you posted.

Thank you to all of those that attended in 2026 for making this summer truly memorable. Have a great school year and we’ll hope to see you again next summer. Of course we look forward to welcoming many new camper families next summer as well.

Additional Registration Information

A FAMILY DISCOUNT of 5% is given when more than one camper registers from your family. This discount will be reflected on the final billing sent in March.

In late March or early April you will receive a detailed information packet that will include a clothing and equipment list, health form, baggage tags, maps to the bus location and to camp and other forms relating to your child’s stay at HVC. A statement covering the balance due will also be sent at this time. This balance can be paid by check or credit card.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES for laundry and canteen (camp store) will be billed at the end of your childs stay.

Refunds cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Refunds of fees paid can only be made if cancellations are received at least 4 weeks in advance of the session attending.
